LT Police Seeking Public’s Assistance with Theft Investigation

CLEARFIELD – Lawrence Township police are seeking the public’s assistance with a reported theft at the Wal-Mart Supercenter, Clearfield.

At approximately 6:11 p.m. Dec. 8, 2019, police say a store associate used a self-checkout and requested to receive $40 cash back. However, they walked away before the transaction was completely processed.

Then, the pictured couple walked up and allegedly pocketed the cash that was dispensed from the kiosk.

The investigation is ongoing at this time and anyone with information is asked to contact police at 814-765-1647/48 or 814-765-1533.
