Curwensville-West Branch Game Postponed For Second Time

As was the case on Monday, overnight rain that fell on Tuesday night into Wednesday morning caused the playing surface at the West Branch Area High School to be saturated and in no condition to be played on.

So, much like Monday, the slated make-up game for the Curwensville Golden Tide and West Branch Warriors baseball teams once again got postponed.  The two teams are scheduled to play each other at the beginning of next month in Curwensville.  However, as of this writing, no new makeup date for the contest at the Warriors’ home field has been announced.

Curwensville (3-6) is hoping to get back at their winning ways on Thursday afternoon as they travel to take on the Johnsonburg Rams, first pitch set for 4:15 p.m.
