Riverview Bank Announces Promotions within the CBT Bank Division

CLEARFIELD – Riverview Bank announces the promotions of three senior level employees, Richard W. Ogden, Judith K. Mitchell and Karen L. Wriglesworth.

All three employees are located at the CBT Bank Division at the North Second Street Office in Clearfield.

Ogden has been promoted to executive vice president, chief risk officer.  Ogden has been with the bank since the start of his financial services career in 1981.

In his expanded role, Ogden will oversee the risk management framework of the bank, including Compliance, BSA, Security and Enterprise Risk for all divisions of Riverview Bank.

Mitchell has been promoted to executive vice president, chief retail officer and regional executive.  She has been with the bank for 30 years and started her financial services career in 1977.

In this role, she will oversee the 28-branch retail network for all divisions of Riverview Bank, including CBT Bank and Citizens Neighborhood Bank and will provide oversight to the bank’s CBT Financial & Trust Management and Riverview Wealth Management divisions.

Wriglesworth has been promoted to senior vice president, chief compliance officer and CRA officer.  She has over 40 years of banking experience, starting with CBT Bank in full time capacity in 1986.

In her new role, she will be overseeing internal audit and compliance functions as well as ensuring the bank’s compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act for all of Riverview Bank and its Operating Divisions.
