Nittany Knights Barbershop Chorus to Return to CAST

CLEARFIELD – The Nittany Knights Barbershop Chorus is returning to Clearfield Arts Studio Theatre (CAST) on Friday, Nov. 30 at 7:30 p.m. for its annual performance.

The chorus, from State College, is under the direction of Graham Sanders.

The Nittany Knights have been headquartered in State College for over 50 years.  These men enjoy the camaraderie and excitement of singing old and new tunes in the four-part A Capella close harmony style.

The chorus repertoire includes both traditional barbershop music, and newer songs the audience will recognize that have been arranged in the barbershop style.

In addition to the 20-plus voice chorus, the performance will feature several quartets comprised of chorus members.

Tickets are $12 and can be purchased online at www.ClearfieldArts.org, during CAST Office hours Mondays from 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m., or at the box office 30 minutes before the performance.

Group rates are available by contact CAST.  Doors will open at 7 p.m.

CAST is a non-profit arts center located at 112 E. Locust St., in downtown Clearfield.  For more information, visit www.ClearfieldArts.org or call 814-765-4474.
