CLEARFIELD – Clearfield Rotarians recently cleaned up a portion of state Route 879 as part of the “PennDOT Adopt A Highway Project.”

Rotarians unfortunately collected a lot of trash and are asking area citizens to keep this area beautiful.

Shown, from left, are President Vince Cahill III, Cal Thomas, Toni Zawisa and Ron Strattan. The picture was taken by Rotarian Jack Woolridge.

Weekly meetings are held Wednesdays at 12 p.m. at Moena Restaurant and the club invites interested persons to attend.
