- Police received a report about a domestic Wednesday at Lawrence Park Village. When officers attempted to make contact with the couple, a male allegedly began to yell and use obscene language towards them through a closed door. He refused to open it. He finally opened the door after several minutes and police were able to properly handle the dispute between the male and his significant other. Police cited the male for disorderly conduct/excessive noise as a result of the incident.
- Police conducted a traffic stop Wednesday in the area of the Clearfield-Curwensville Highway. During the stop, officers determined both the driver and the passenger had active warrants and were traveling from Wal-Mart. Both allegedly trespassed at the store due to previous shoplifting. The female passenger was housed in county jail for her warrant; the driver was served his warrant and then released. Both will be charged for this incident.
