PHILIPSBURG – Cen-Clear will be holding its fourth annual Child Abuse Prevention Carnival.
It will take place from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. April 28, at 580 Old Route 322, Philipsburg, at the Cen-Clear Pre-school Center.
Cen-Clear will be celebrating National Child Abuse Prevention Month with games, door prizes and refreshments.
Spiderman, Doc McStuffins and Mickey and Minnie Mouse will be stopping by to take part in the fun. Everyone is welcome to attend.
