Timothy John Socash, 44, of Grampian died Monday, Oct. 9, 2017 at UPMC Altoona Hospital.
Born March 14, 1973 in Tyrone, he was the son of Debora A. (Glass) Turner of Ramey and the late James A. Socash Sr.
He was of the Baptist faith. Mr. Socash graduated from the Moshannon Valley High School.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his companion, Carrie Bryan of Grampian and one daughter, Paige Bryan of Grampian.
He’s survived by two sisters, Leonia Varner and her fiancé, Richard Davis of Smoke Run and a twin sister, Cindi Mann and her husband, Bill of Drifting and one brother, James A. Socash Jr. and his companion, Kris Parson of Osceola Mills.
He’s also survived by his step-father, William Turner of Ramey and his maternal grandmother, Evelyn Glass of Houtzdale.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Heath Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Osceola Mills with the Rev. Myron Wattenphul officiating.
Friends will be received from 1 p.m. – 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
