CLEARFIELD – CNB Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: CCNE) will participate in the closing bell ceremony at the NASDAQ MarketSite in Manhattan’s Times Square on Wednesday. NASDAQ invited CNB in honor of its 150th anniversary, which took place in 2015.

Bower will take to the podium at approximately 3:50 p.m. to make some remarks and members of CNB’s board of directors and executive team will then join him on stage to ring the NASDAQ closing bell at 4 p.m.
