CLEARFIELD – All Clearfield Bison Band alumni are invited to return to the field with the current band for the 2016 homecoming game on Sept. 30.

Alumni are invited to perform the alma mater, national anthem and the team’s fight song with the band for pre-game music.  Alumni are also welcome in the stands during the game to play more songs.

Alumni can join in celebrating this annual event for which music and equipment will be provided to them. Alumni are asked to bring their instruments, batons, flags, etc., and to dress in red and black.

A reception for all participants will start at 5:30 p.m. and pre-game will start at 6:30 p.m. Organizers would like to list the names of all participants in a small program and must know by Sept. 24, if alumni would like to be included.

Alumni are asked to please provide their graduation year and any family ties to any current Bison Band members.

Please contact Jeanie Jacobs (814-765-7185) or Mason Strouse (814-553-7717) at or visit for more information. Alumni may also register on the Web site.

Organizers are looking forward to a large turnout and hoping to exceed last year’s 80 participants.
