CLEARFIELD – District Attorney William A. Shaw Jr. has announced Clearfield County’s Fugitive of the Week.
Shaw identified the fugitive as Joshua Good, 29, of Hanes Drive, DuBois. Good is wanted for failure to appear at Sentencing Court on July 26, at which time a warrant was issued for his arrest.
On May 12 Officer Erik Rupp of the Sandy Township Police Department filed a criminal complaint in which he charged Good with driving under the influence/drug or combination of drugs, M; driving under suspension, S; and illegal parking in intersection, S.
According to the affidavit of probable cause, on April 18 police received a report about a suspicious person who had been knocking on the door of a residence.
Upon arrival officers made contact with a male, later identified as Good, who was seated inside of a vehicle. He then exited the vehicle.
Good appeared to be sweating profusely and had blood on his knuckles, police said. He allegedly appeared to be under the influence of drugs.
After submitting to field sobriety tests, Good was transported to the DuBois Penn Highlands Hospital for blood testing.
A preliminary hearing was held June 17, at which time all charges were held to court. On July 26 Good failed to appear at Sentencing Court, and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
Good is described as a Caucasian male who stands 5 feet, 11 inches tall. He has blonde hair and hazel eyes.
