State police at Clearfield
- State police received a report about an incident of criminal mischief that occurred Tuesday on Main Street in Bigler Township. During the incident, someone allegedly used an unknown object to damage the rear window of the victim’s vehicle. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police at Clearfield at 814-857-3800.
State police at Philipsburg
- State police received a report about an incident of harassment that occurred Tuesday on East Spruce Street in Port Matilda Borough. During the incident, two people were cited for allegedly pushing and slapping each other.
Sandy Township
- On Monday a Spot Road resident reported that the neighbors’ dogs had gotten into his yard and made a mess. Police are continuing their investigation at this time.
- Police received a report about building materials being scattered all over Gamelands Road near the shooting range on Monday. The Sandy Township Road Crew assisted with the clean-up. Police are continuing their investigation at this time.
- A DuBois woman reported that while she was at work on Monday, her boyfriend took her car without permission and refused to return it. Police are continuing their investigation at this time.
- On Monday Wal-Mart employees alleged seeing a 60-year-old Falls Creek woman under-ringing several items in the self-check- out. Charges are currently pending at this time, police said.
- On Monday an Arminta Street resident alleged seeing a young male and female rummaging through their car that was parked in their driveway. The pair ran off when the resident went outside to confront them, police said.
- On Tuesday police received a report about a 48-year-old man who was allegedly attempting to enter the Maple Avenue residence of a 52-year-old woman. When the woman would not let him in her apartment he went to another apartment and then fled the area on foot, police said. The man was allegedly highly intoxicated and gone from the area prior to police arrival.
- Police were called to the Highland Street School when a 12-year-old male student allegedly made a bomb threat Tuesday. The student was angry over a grade, and the threat was unfounded, police said.
- Police received a report about a false alarm Tuesday at a Treasure Lake residence.
- A vehicle driven by a 39-year-old Treasure Lake woman pulled out in front of a vehicle driven by a 52-year-old Falls Creek man at the intersection of Coral Reef and Caribbean roads Tuesday in Treasure Lake. Moderate damage and no injuries were reported as a result, police said.
