Hit-and-run Under Investigation in Clearfield Borough

CLEARFIELD – Clearfield Borough police are investigating a hit-and-run that occurred at approximately 6:17 p.m. Feb. 3

According to police, a silver passenger car was observed traveling southbound on South Third Street without any lights on. It traveled straight and then failed to negotiate a turn in the roadway.

As a result, the vehicle traveled through a fence and caused damage. It then fled the scene, police said.

Police have released two pictures of the suspect vehicle involved in the hit-and-run.
