Kathleen A. Biancuzzo, 71, of Curwensville died Thursday, Sept. 24, 2015 at her residence. Born Nov. 10, 1943 in Niagara Falls, NY, she was the daughter of Guido and Mildred (McKee) Pistilli.
Mrs. Biancuzzo had worked as a seamstress for the former Kent’s Sportswear and in production for the former Clearfield Cheese Co. in Curwensville. She was retired from the Wal-Mart Distribution Center in Clearfield.
She was Baptist by faith.
She had wed John Biancuzzo on Feb. 8, 1978 in Hyde. He preceded her in death on May 13, 2011. She was also preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Christina Smeal and Joyce “Polly” Mila. She was the last member of her generation.
Surviving are a daughter, Michele Litten and her husband, Chris of Bellefonte and two grandchildren, Sarah and Grayson Litten. Also surviving are a cousin, Mildred Coleman and her husband, Kenneth of Curwensville, who she thought of as a sister, and several nieces and nephews.
At the request of Mrs. Biancuzzo, there will be no public visitation or services. Burial will be in the Oak Hill Cemetery in Curwensville.
The family suggests contributions be made to the Logan Volunteer Fire Department, 120 E. Howard St., Bellefonte, PA 16823.
