DUBOIS – International Canadian fusion blues rocker Anthony Gomes was in town Thursday, bringing chart-topping blues to the Treasure Lake Ski Lodge.
During his set, Gomes had local drummer, Alex Shumaker, sit in to play “Turn it Up,” a new track from his recently released album, “Electric Field Holler.”
With a command of “more cowbell” by Gomes, Shumaker, who was barely able to see over the drum kit, began.
With smiles and pure veteran rocker showmanship, Shumaker thundered across the drums to create a unique performance experience for all.
