District Judge Patrick Ford Presides Over Preliminary Hearings

DUBOIS – District Judge Patrick Ford presided over preliminary hearings recently.

The following defendant entered guilty pleas.

  • Bradlee Paul Gregory, 35, of DuBois pleaded guilty to criminal mischief and a lesser charge of harassment. Gregory was ordered to pay $975.50 in fines, costs and restitution.

A bench warrant has been issued for the following defendant.

  • Benjamin James Loomis, 40, of DuBois is charged by the Sandy Township police with theft of leased property.

The following defendants waived their rights to a preliminary hearing. Their cases will be sent to the Clearfield County Court of Common Pleas for further disposition.

  • Greg Allen Clark II, 33, of Luthersburg is charged by the DuBois-based state police with driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance. Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, restrictions on alcoholic beverages and one summary traffic charge were withdrawn. Bail was set at $1,000 unsecured.
  • Jamie Lynn Nowak, 47, of DuBois is charged by the DuBois-based state police with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $1,000 unsecured.
  • Rhett Donavan Eisman, 22, of Brockport is charged by the DuBois-based state police with DUI, careless driving, restrictions on alcoholic beverages and two summary traffic charges. Bail was set at $1,000 unsecured.
  • Destiny Dawn Gasbarre, 26, of DuBois is charged by the Sandy Township police with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, access device fraud and forgery. Bail was set at $5,000 unsecured. In a second case, Gasbarre is charged by the DuBois City police with receiving stolen property. Bail in this case is set at $5,000.
  • Matthew Eric Dunlap, 39, of DuBois is charged by the Sandy Township police with DUI and careless driving. Bail was set at $1,000 unsecured.
  • Thomas Robert Ellinger, 25, of DuBois is charged by the DuBois City police with possession of small amount of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and one summary traffic charge. Bail was set at $1,000 unsecured.
  • Theresa Sue Punchios, 30, of DuBois is charged by the Sandy Township police with defiant trespass with actual communication. Bail was set at $1,000 unsecured.
