CLEARFIELD – District Attorney William A. Shaw Jr. has announced Clearfield County’s Fugitive of the Week for the week of Feb. 2, 2015.
Shaw identified the fugitive as Terry Lee Goble, 25, of South Franklin Street, DuBois. Goble is wanted for failure to appear at Criminal Call on Jan. 22.
On July 15, 2014, Officer Derrick Welsh of the DuBois City Police Department filed a criminal complaint against Goble. He charged Goble with criminal trespass, F2; loitering and prowling at nighttime, M3; and public drunkenness, S.
According to the affidavit of probable cause, on July 15, 2014, police were dispatched to a criminal trespass incident at a residence on West Spruce Alley, DuBois City. Upon investigation it was allegedly found that Goble had climbed through the second-story window of the residence without the occupant’s knowledge or permission.
When the victim returned home, she allegedly found Goble in black clothing in her bedroom. At this point, the victim became startled and started to scream at Goble. The victim then chased Goble out of the residence with a baseball bat.
A preliminary hearing was scheduled for July 25, 2014, at which time all charges were held for court. On Jan. 22, Goble failed to appear for Criminal Call and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
Goble is described as a Caucasian male who stands 5 feet, 11 inches tall. He has brown hair and eyes.
