CLEARFIELD – Clearfield Borough Council held a public hearing last night regarding a liquor license transfer for Buck’s Pizza. A special meeting followed to vote on the license transfer, which received approval.

HYDE – A male student allegedly possessed a knife and directed threats toward a classmate yesterday afternoon at the Clearfield Area Junior-Senior High School, according to Lawrence Township police.

BREAKING NEWS: Judge Orders Release of Clearfield Drug Suspect

CLEARFIELD – A drug suspect who would have required significant and costly treatment for transmissible medical conditions was released from jail after his bail was reduced in Clearfield County Court.

DUBOIS – The DuBois City Police Department has announced the arrests of suspects in connection with an armed home invasion on Nov. 11 and two burglaries on Tuesday.
