STATE COLLEGE – Guiderail installation work on I-99 and Route 322 may slow eastbound and northbound traffic in Centre County for the next few weeks. Starting Monday, crews will be working to install guiderail on I-99 and Route 322 near Port Matilda, where the two roadways merge.
Crews will be working in the median area and the shoulder along the travel lane will be closed. Drivers moving through the area should slow down and remain alert for crews working in close proximity to the highway.
Collinson Inc. of Glenmoore is the contractor for this work, which is scheduled through late October. All work is weather dependent.
