Police Report: Clearfield Borough

  • Police received a report about multiple pumpkins and mailboxes being smashed in South Park.  Upon arrival police located smashed pumpkins and mailboxes along Polk, Cumberland, South Sixth and Milford streets and Park Avenue.  Anyone with information is asked to contact Clearfield Borough police.
  • Police responded to a noise complaint along East Pine Street. The complaint was unfounded.
  • Police received a report about a noise complaint along East Cherry Street. The complaint was unfounded.
  • Police responded to West Market Street for an alleged assault.
  • Police received a report about a minor motor vehicle accident on South Second Street. No injuries were reported, and both vehicles were driven from the scene.
  • Police responded to a disturbance on East Locust Street. Upon arrival police handled the incident at the scene.
  • Police received a report about a disturbance at an apartment on Spruce Street. Then, the complainant advised the disturbance had ended after they called police.
  • Police responded to a minor vehicle accident on Bigler Avenue. Further, the operator of a vehicle rear-ended another vehicle that was stopped for a red light.
  • Police responded to a disturbance at the rear of CNB Bank on East Cherry Street. One female was arrested for public drunkenness and taken to the Clearfield County Jail.
  • Police were unable to locate a dog that was running loose in the area of Ogden Avenue.
  • Police removed several pieces of debris from the roadway.
  • Police responded to the area behind the First Baptist Church for two suspicious males. Upon arrival police located the males who stated they were waiting for Church Youth Group.
  • Police responded to a loud noise complaint in the 300 block of East Pine Street.  The incident was listed as unfounded.
  • Police responded to a vehicle accident along Fairview Avenue and East Seventh Street.  Further, a male operator was found to be intoxicated and taken for a blood test.  Charges are currently pending the results of the blood test.
