Lane Closed on I-80 in Clearfield County; Motorists Advised to Be Prepared for Delays

CLEARFIELD – PennDOT advises drivers that one lane of Interstate 80 eastbound is closed in Clearfield County between mile-marker 120 (Clearfield/Shawville Exit) and mile-marker 121 due to an accident.

The closure is in the right (travel) lane of the interstate, and drivers are advised that there could be delays in this area. PennDOT expects the lane to be open by 5 p.m. today.

Motorists can monitor weather forecasts and check road conditions before beginning any travel. Visit or call 511 from any telephone for access to current conditions on more than 2,900 miles of roadway. Drivers can also tune to PennDOT’s Highway Advisory Radio System at 1640 on the AM dial for closure and detour information.
