Police Report: Clearfield Borough

  • Police handled an incident of harassment and advised the suspect charges would be filed if her actions continued.
  • An unresponsive male was reported at the intersection of East Pine and North Fourth streets.  Upon arrival police found him passed out in the driver’s seat of his vehicle.  He was transported to the Clearfield Hospital and then placed in the Clearfield County Jail for a probation violation. DUI and related charges are to be filed against him.  A female passenger who was also highly intoxicated was detained at the CCJ and will be cited for public drunkenness.
  • Police assisted with a vehicle lockout.
  • Police were notified that a road sign had been run over.
  • Police assisted with a vehicle lockout on Northwest Third Street.
  • A two-vehicle accident occurred at the corner of Martin Street and Turnpike Avenue.  Both vehicles were driven from the scene; no injuries were reported.
  • Police responded to a suspicious persons report in East End.  Everything was found to be OK.
  • Police received several complaints of possible phone scams.
  • Police responded to a harassment complaint along Clearfield Street.
  • A false burglar alarm occurred at a local business.
  • Police responded to a disturbance on South Second Street.
  • Charges were filed after an incident of retail theft that occurred at a local business.
  • Police assisted with a vehicle lockout.
  • A parking complaint occurred at a local business, and police issued a ticket.
  • Police received a report of a dog bite along Merrill Street.
  • Police responded to a reported gas leak along Daisy Street.
  • Police responded to a domestic disturbance along North Fourth Street.
