Police Report: Clearfield Borough

  • A male was allegedly operating a vehicle with a suspended license on Elk Avenue. However, the report was unfounded.
  • A man was arrested for suspected DUI after driving his vehicle onto the railroad tracks. He became stuck in the Williams Street area.
  • A single-vehicle accident occurred on Bigler Avenue. The driver fell asleep and struck the curb and guardrail, causing minor damage to the vehicle.
  • An incident of criminal mischief occurred to a vehicle that was parked in a driveway in the 700 block of Clearfield Street.
  • Police arrested a male on an outstanding warrant after he was found walking along Power Avenue.  The male was transported to the office where he paid the money he owed.
  • Police responded to Nichols Street for a noise complaint. The responsible individuals were advised of the complaint and agreed to keep the noise down.
  • Police checked two suspicious males along Nichols Street.  They were found to be OK.
  • Police stopped a vehicle after they observed a male driving without a valid driver’s license.
  • A hit-and-run accident occurred at the intersection of Third and Market streets.
  • Police handled a harassment incident along School Avenue.
  • Police responded to West Pine Street for a parking complaint.  A parking ticket was issued for the violation.
