HARRISBURG – Democratic State Sen. John N. Wozniak snuck by his Republican challenger Timothy P. Houser for re-election to the 35th Senatorial District in Tuesday’s General Election.
According to unofficial results, the Pennsylvania Department of State has reported 9,148 out of 9,257 Districts statewide, or 98.82 percent. Wozniak received 45,156 votes overall to Houser’s 43,069 votes.
Wozniak had 29,471 votes in Cambria County; 1,456 in Centre County; 4,975 in Clearfield County; 6,248 in Clinton County; and 3,006 in Somerset County.
Houser had 27,720 votes in Cambria County; 1,186 in Centre County; 5,086 in Clearfield County; 6,165 in Clinton County; and 2,912 in Somerset County.
