State Police Searching for Runaway Teen

HALFMOON TOWNSHIP – The Philipsburg-based state police initiated an investigation at 8:20 a.m. Wednesday into the runaway of a 15-year-old Port Matilda girl, Saisha Ann Simco, from her Halfmoon Valley Road residence.

According to the report, Simco left her residence and went to school. She also went to her subsequent appointment in State College. However, she didn’t return to her residence after that appointment.

It’s believed that Simco may be in the State College or Bellefonte areas, state police said.

Simco was last seen wearing a dark-colored T-shirt with white shorts and black Nike sandals. She was carrying a black and purple-striped cloth bag with a shoulder strap.

The investigation into her whereabouts remains ongoing at this time. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Philipsburg-based state police at 814-342-3370.
