Clearfield Hospital’s Imaging Department plans to offer a screening for osteoporosis, while Bright Horizons Center for Emotional Wellness will provide a screening for depression/anxiety.
Additional offerings include: vision testing, lung function screening, blood pressure checks, blood sugar testing, body fat analysis and stroke risk assessment.
Exhibitors will provide a variety of information about their services, which include fitness programs, long-term care, women’s health, financial services, support groups, home health care, behavioral health services and community resources for senior citizens.
There will be door prizes and giveaway items. For more information, please contact Amy Duke, marketing manager, at 768-2827.
