The following programs have been announced for the Sinnemahoning State Park.
Saturday, May 5
10 a.m. – 12 p.m. – Birding Hike
Join the park naturalist for a birding hike along the Lowlands Trail. Meet at the Wildlife Center along Park Road near the Cameron/Potter county line. A limited number of binoculars and field guides will be available for use. Please dress for being in the field. Sunscreen and insect repellent are recommended. 1 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. – Wildflower Walk
Join the Sinnemahoning State Park’s naturalist for a walk to discover and identify some of the beautiful spring wildflowers which grow along Red Spruce Trail. The trail is approximately one mile long, with a surface that can be a little rugged in places. Appropriate footwear, sunscreen, and insect repellent are recommended.
