PGC/Pittsburgh Pirates Announce Ticket-discount Offer for License Holders

HARRISBURG – The Pennsylvania Game Commission and the Pittsburgh Pirates are teaming up again this year to offer an exclusive discount to Pirates fans with a Pennsylvania hunting or furtaker license.

Advance purchase of outfield box seats for every Sunday through Friday regular season games at PNC Park will be $21 (a $3 per seat discount), and include a limited edition Pirates hat.  All tickets must be ordered at least one week prior to the game, and only orders purchased together will be seated together. All seating will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

For an order form, go to the Game Commission web site and click on the “PGC Nights With Pirates” icon. To view a seating chart and schedule, visit the Pirates’ web site.  Tickets ordered within one week of the game will be placed at “Will Call.” Phone orders cannot be accepted.

“This agreement has provided an added value to the price of a Pennsylvania hunting and furtaker license,” said Carl G. Roe, Pennsylvania Game Commission executive director. “We are pleased that the Pittsburgh Pirates recognize the importance of our license buyers to wildlife management, as well as the economy, of the state and the Steel City region, by offering this discount.”
