- An incident of DUI occurred at 3:45 a.m. Saturday along state Route 120 in St. Marys City, Elk County. A 23-year-old Kersey woman was stopped for a traffic violation. While speaking with her, a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was detected on her breath. She was subsequently arrested for DUI and other summary charges filed through the district court.
- An incident of burglary occurred between 1 p.m. March 1 and 9 a.m. Saturday at a seasonal residence along state Route 3001 in Millstone Township, Elk County. A person(s) forced entry through the front door after kicking it in. Once inside, they removed copper piping from the residence. Total loss is $788. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Ridgway-based state police at 814-776-6136.
- An incident of DUI occurred at 12:33 a.m. Friday along SR 153 just south of Daniels Road in Horton Township, Elk County. A 29-year-old St. Marys man was discovered passed out in his vehicle along SR 153. He was arrested for DUI. Criminal charges were filed through the district court.
