PSU: Suspect in Domestic Jailed, Awaiting Arraignment

UNIVERSITY PARK – Michael Delullo, 21, of St. Marys, Pa., turned himself in to police at University Park last night after a domestic abuse incident involving a gun. Police said Delullo was involved in a dispute with a female student who resides in Donkin Hall in White Course Apartments on campus. During the incident, he displayed a handgun and threatened to kill himself. The female escaped the apartment and when she returned, he was gone.

Delullo, who is not a Penn State student, fled to Clearfield County, where police were able to contact him and convince him to turn himself in. Delullo was placed in Centre County Jail and has been charged with possession of a firearm without a license, a felony; simple assault with physical menace, a misdemeanor; recklessly endangering another person, a misdemeanor; and harassment, a misdemeanor. He will be arraigned later this morning.
