Police Report: Clearfield Borough

  • No injuries were reported following a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of West Front and Nichols streets. One vehicle sustained moderate damage, and a second had minor damage.
  • An incident of harassment by communications was reported.
  • An alarm was reported along North Fourth Street, and police made contact with employees. They had accidentally triggered the alarm.
  • A dispute was reported along Williams Street.
  • An incident of disorderly conduct was reported along Dorey Street.
  • A break-in was reported along Daisy and East Fourth streets. Someone entered a vacant residence and removed copper piping.
  • A phone was removed from a West Front Street business. Police recovered the phone and returned it to the owner.
  • Police responded to East Cherry Street for an intoxicated male. The male couldn’t be located.
  • Police arrested a male for public drunkenness after he was found hiding in the bushes along North Second Street.
  • Police responded to an alarm along Power Avenue and found a delivery person at the scene.
  • Police located suspects who were stealing items from Bob’s Army & Navy. The merchandise was recovered, and the suspects were identified and arrested.
  • Lawrence Township Police were assisted with a complaint about juveniles in Hillsdale.
  • Police responded to a possible burglary in East End.
  • A tree was reported down on Turnpike Avenue. Due to police assisting Lawrence Township Police, the fire department was dispatched to remove it.
  • Police responded to West Pine Street for a report about a tree that was damaging a residence. They stood by while the fire department responded and handled it.
  • Police reported that a vehicle was damaged, while it was parked along the 300 block of Nichols Street. A person(s) used a spray and damaged a black passenger car. Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
  • Police responded to Linden and Latimer streets for a low-hanging wire. A member of the fire department responded and handled it before police arrived at the scene.
  • Police were asked to check the welfare of a female who was staggering along North Third Street. The female wasn’t located.
  • Police reported that a glass door to a shed was damaged along Krebs Avenue.
