CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced Clearfield County’s Fugitive of the Week for the week of August 8, 2011. Shaw identified the Fugitive as Kristen McBride, age 29, of Decon Road, Clearfield.
Shaw stated that McBride is wanted for failure to appear at Pretrial Conferences on Aug. 4, 2011.
On Jan. 20, 2011, Patrolman Crystal Panebianco of the Lawrence Township Police Department, filed a criminal complaint charging McBride with 1) criminal trespass, F2; 2) criminal trespass, M3; and 3) disorderly conduct, M3.
An affidavit of probable cause filed by Panebianco states that on Aug. 14, 2010, the Lawrence Township Police received of a report of a criminal trespass at a residence on Putty Road, Lawrence Township. Upon investigation it was found that McBride had unlawfully entered the residence of the victim after having previously been advised she was not permitted on the property.
A preliminary hearing was scheduled for May 4, 2011, at which time all charges were held for court. On Aug. 4, 2011, McBride failed to appear for pretrial conferences and a warrant was issued for her arrest.
