PHILIPSBURG – A 38-year-old Osceola Mills man faces charges of terroristic threats after reportedly entering Lee Industries the morning of May 29 and threatening to shoot everyone inside.
The Philipsburg-based state police identified the man as Loren Luciano, 38, of Osceola Mills. He’s been charged with three counts each of terroristic threats and harassment.
According to the report, Luciano made statements to an employee at Lee Industries, West Pine Street, Philipsburg Borough, about coming in and shooting everyone in the building.
A warrant was obtained from the office of Magisterial District Judge Leslie A. Dutchcot, and it was served to Luciano Thursday, June 2. He was placed in the Centre County Prison; his bail was set at $50,000.
