Crime Stoppers, State Police Seek Information in Attempted Burglary

PHILIPSBURG – The Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers and the Philipsburg-based state police are seeking the public’s help to identify those responsible for an attempted burglary.

Unknown person(s) attempted to forcibly enter the American Legion sometime between Monday, March 14 and Tuesday, March 15, the state police reported. The establishment is located at 315 East Presqueisle St.

The public is urged to contact Crime Stoppers or the Philipsburg state police at 814-342-3370 with any information. The caller can remain anonymous if they choose. Any caller can be eligible for a reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) involved.
