Clearfield YMCA Presents Y for Life Program

CLEARFIELD – Y for Life at the Clearfield YMCA is a monthly program designed for individuals that have been through physical therapy or want additional support while they continue to progress towards their goals of being fit. 

Crissy Aughenbaugh, the Y’s wellness specialist, will be on hand to monitor groups of individuals to check their fitness progress and monitor charts upon previous day workouts.  Pre-registration is required by Jan. 27.  There will be four sessions offered: Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:15-9:15 a.m. and Friday afternoons 1:00-2:00 p.m. and 2:00-3:00 p.m.  Cost is $20 for Y Members and $25 for Non-members.
