AUSTIN – It’s that time of the year again, and all thoughts have “turned to turkey” . . . Thanksgiving turkey.
Sinnemahoning State Park will hold a program entitled “Turkey Talk!” at 1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 19 at the 40 Maples Day-Use Area.
Participants will join the park naturalist and learn about the natural history of Pennsylvania’s largest upland game bird. In addition, the program will detail its reason for being closely associated with the Thanksgiving holiday..
