Loretta E. (Vaughn) Mann, 85, formerly of Ginter, died Friday at the Mountain Laurel Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Clearfield.
Born on Jan. 19, 1925 in Glen Hope, she was the daughter of the late George Jacob and Harriet (Prisk) Vaughn. She was a homemaker and a member of the Glen Hope United Methodist Church.
She married Lester M. Mann in 1943 in Coalport; he preceded her in death on March 3, 2008.
Mrs. Mann is survived by three daughters, Harriet Litzinger of Madera; Esther Smarsh and her husband, Robert of Irvona; Mary Rambeau and her husband, Charles of Temple, TX; two sons, Lester Mann and his wife, Kathy of Bigler and Victor Mann and his wife, Mary of Philipsburg.
She is survived by 25 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. She is survived by a sister, Mildred Bowser of Tonawanda, NY.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Victor Vaughn and a step-brother, Francis Davis.
Friends will be received from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. Monday at the Kruise Funeral Home, Inc., Madera.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home with the Rev. Charles M. Lee Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in the Brisbin I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
