PA Crime Stoppers Seek Public Help in Brockway Homicide Case

RIDGWAY – The Pennsylvania State Police, Troop C, DuBois, continues its search for unknown suspects responsible for homicide that occurred sometime from April 10 – 12 in Snyder Township, Jefferson County.

In a press release, the Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers identified the victims as James Wayne and Victoria Lynn Shugar, both age 61. They said the couple was found shot to death in their Brockway home.

The victims were the owners and operators of Flowers and More that’s located on Main Street, Brockway. They were last believed to be alive on Saturday, April 10. They were discovered on Monday, April 12, the press release said.
