CLEARFIELD – GANT Media, LLC, the publisher of has announced the upcoming launch of their new site design, GANT v3. will have a new look and additional features designed to improve usability.

V3 (version 3) will help visitors of access news and information more quickly and easily. Visitors to the site will find a new navigation bar with multiple category listings, easier access to archives and social media links, a new articles and comments section and membership area.

“This is more than just a facelift for the site,” said Aaron Evans, editor of GantDaily. “This is a culmination of things we’ve been working on for the last few years.”

The new site designed by lead developer, Aaron Rothrock, was designed around a brand new content management system providing readers easier access to news in different categories. In coming months, additional enhancements will be introduced in terms of content and technology delivery systems.

“We are very proud of the V3 offering,” said Christene Dahlem, President of GANT Media. “the new site was designed around facets of the PA Newspaper Association’s Interactive Approval Program, providing Gant with a competitive edge in the online arena.”

To help promote the v3 new site design GantDaily has partnered with, the region’s portal to service and opportunities through the Clearfield County Economic Development Corporation, to enlist new members to the v3 site.

“We are pleased to be a partner with Gantdaily and excited about the opportunities ahead,” said Rob Swales, executive director of the CCEDC. “We look forward to the technological advancement V3 can offer to GantDaily and its customers.”

The CCEDC has been closely involved with many of the economic development projects that have occurred in Clearfield County. In recent years, the CCEDC has worked with multiple biofuels and alternative energy projects. Recently the CCEDC began putting together a database to help Marcellus Shale gas well drilling companies find locations to operate in Clearfield County. currently averages more than 215,000 visitors and 8.8 million page views each month and delivers news via breaking news email alerts, rss news feeds and sms text (direct to cell phone) alerts. Gant Daily’s local news feeds are carried by dozens of national news groups and local partner sites.
