CLEARFIELD – Deck work at the new Lick Run Bridge will now take place starting this afternoon and run through the end of the week. Crews have been working to apply an epoxy surface treatment to the deck of the new bridge but have been delayed due to wet weather. The bridge is located on state Route 879 in Lawrence Township; about two miles north of the Interstate 80, Clearfield/120 interchange.
During daylight hours, traffic will be restricted to one lane and short travel delays can be expected. Some night work may be necessary. All work is weather dependent.
PennDOT reminds motorists to move through all work zones with caution, adhere to all traffic control measures and always buckle up. For more information on roadway construction and maintenance operations, visit PennDOT Web site.
