CLEARFIELD – April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month. The theme of this year’s observance is “Promote Respect … In Our Workplaces.” The focus will be on issues of sexual violence in the workplace.
During this month, sexual assault programs across the state will intensify their efforts to promote public awareness of sexual assault awareness of sexual assault issues, including employees who experience workplace violence. From sexual harassment and discrimination to actual assault, sexual violence is something that should be addressed by employers and employees everywhere.
