PHILIPSBURG – An Altoona woman was arrested in connection to the Oct. 26 attempted armed robbery of Kwik Fill in Decatur Township.
Tammi M. Koch, 22, is listed by Clearfield-based state police as a conspirator in the attempted robbery.
According to a prior GantDaily story, a young woman with a hoodie over her head walked into the store and pulled a knife on the 62-year-old manager. The manager grabbed the woman’s arm and a scuffle ensued. The woman then fled the scene, getting into a maroon car.
The woman is described as being around 5 feet, 6 inches tall, having a thin build and wearing sunglasses.
Koch was taken into custody in Moshannon on Nov. 12 at 6:30 p.m. She was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rudella and placed in Clearfield County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail.
