Burglary Reported in Philipsburg

PHILIPSBURG – State police in Philipsburg arrested a 28-year-old man for burglarizing a Philipsburg home.

According to police Robert Leroy Dillon broke into the home on South Second Street when the residents were not home and made off with a ceramic bank containing coins and $180 in cash before fleeing.

Dillon was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Jonathon Grine and placed in Centre County Jail in lieu of $15,000 bail.
