CLEARFIELD – There has been a change in PennDOT’s paving schedule. Paving along Main Street in DuBois will now take place Sept. 25 and Sept. 26.
That work was originally scheduled for Thursday and Friday. The milling and paving operation will stretch from the VFW building to the Rumbarger Cemetery near DuBois Regional Medical Center.
Traffic will be restricted to one lane with flaggers in place to direct motorists. Parking will not be allowed during the work and motorists should expect delays. This work remains on schedule and is weather dependent.
The work is part of a countywide, $4.9 million PennDOT project. New Enterprise Stone and Lime Co. Inc. is the contractor.
PennDOT reminds drivers to move through all work zones with caution, obey posted speed limits and to always buckle up.
