DuBois Man Waives Hearing for Failure to Comply with Megan’s Law Stipulation

CLEARFIELD – A DuBois man who is accused of failing to comply with stipulations in Megan’s Law waived his right to a preliminary hearing on Wednesday.

Mark J. Burton, 38, is accused of not registering as a sex offender. He was released on $10,000 unsecured bail and as part of his bail conditions must contact Megan’s Law authorities.
