KYLERTOWN – State police at Clearfield stopped a vehicle on Interstate 80 Wednesday for a traffic violation, but the driver remains in the Clearfield County Jail.
Ricardo Hepburn, 44, of Cleveland, Ohio, was traveling eastbound on I-80 in Cooper Township when he was stopped. Troopers gained consent to search the vehicle, finding a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Hepburn is also alleged to have provided police with false identification.
He was arrested and arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rudella.
Heburn is being held Clearfield County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail and detainers from Clearfield County Probation and Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
On Dec. 27, Hepburn pled guilty and was sentenced to serve one year of probation for another false identification to law enforcement charge in Clearfield County.
