‘Super Loads’ to Move Through Centre and Clinton Counties

CLEARFIELD – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation has issued permits for two 510,000 pound “super loads” that will move through Centre and Clinton counties on Thursday.

J. Supor and Son Trucking and Rigging Co. Inc. of Kearny, N.J., will be hauling two large dryer units from Bucks County in PennDOT’s Engineering District 6 to Clinton County in Engineering District 2. Below is the permitted “super load” route for Engineering District 2.

Centre County:
Route 477 West

Clinton County:
Route I-80 East
Route 2002
Route I-80 West
Route 220 North
Route 477 West
Route 64 North
Route 150 North
Route 2015 South
Route 1005 South
Route 0220 South
Route 0120 West

Motorists should expect slow moving traffic on these routes and are advised to allow additional time in their travel plans or seek alternate routes in order to avoid delays. For current information during the moves, contact the mover at 210-299-1100 and ask for the dispatcher.
