DUBOIS – A blood drive to celebrate National Women’s Health Week will be held at DuBois Regional Medical Center on May 4.
This drive is being organized by the Women’s Health Center of DuBois and DRMC’s laboratory to offer women a chance to receive valuable health information, as well.
All presenting female donors will receive a coupon for a free blood glucose and cholesterol screening to be used May 13-19.
The drive is an American Red Cross blood drive. It will be held by appointment only from noon to 6 p.m. in the Central Resource Center at the west campus along Hospital Avenue.
Anyone wishing to donate must be age 17 and older, weigh at least 110 pounds and be in generally good health.
