Day is Still on the Air after a Station Change

CLEARFIELD – For all of Bob E. Day’s loyal fans, all hope is not lost.

Day has not left the airwaves for good, instead he moved up the dial, or to the other side of the river. No matter which way you look at it, Bob E. Day can now be frequently heard on wOK!w 102.9FM.

For the next few weeks, Bob will join Dave Marino in covering some Curwensville Golden Tide boys’ and girls’ basketball games. And in early March, Day will begin hosting his own live oldies show Sunday afternoons on wOK!w.

Day will also help the radio station with it’s annual Big Brothers-Big Sisters Oldies Dance at the Smokehouse this spring.

Day, perhaps best known as the “Voice of Clearfield,” most recently worked for WCPA, 900 AM, and WQYX, 93.1 FM, in Clearfield.
