CLEARFIELD – Crews have completed installation of a new signal along U.S. Route 322 near Philipsburg.
The full signal was turned on Tuesday in flash mode and will remain in flash mode until Friday. The signal is located in Rush Township at the intersection of Ninth and Railroad streets.
On Friday, PennDOT will activate the signal in full working mode (red, yellow, green) and monitor for 30 days.
Installation of the new signal was performed by Bruce & Merrilees Electric Company of New Castle.
PennDOT reminds motorists to drive with caution, obey posted speed limits and to always buckle up.
